You can have an unlimited number of Invoice Formats.

You can set up recurring invoices for customers who are on a fixed billing schedule.

Credit notes can also be set up with a different print format from invoices.

The invoice file can be tied to a rental file so that rental invoices can be sent out on a periodic basis.

The invoicing module can be tied to any other module in the system
