ADDRESS BOOK

This module is designed for companies who have extensive addresses and conatacts that are neither customers nor vendors. e.g. Prospective Customers.
A record is kept of every contact and address. Notes can be kept on every contact and address with follow-up dates.
One central file for every contact made by the company - shared by everyone, including accounting.
With the click of a mouse an address can become a Vendor or a Customer or both.
The Address Book of the company is in one place, backed up, and available to all.

Call up every note, fax and letter from the database.
Never enter an address or contact twice.
Once an address becomes a vendor or a customer, can only be altered in the accounting modules.
Sales reps have access to notes entered by the Accounting department.
Everyone can enter notes.
Can be tied to scanned documents.
Can be exported to Outlook.
Can enter EMails in the address module and send them to selected contacts using Outlook.
